Every House of Heroes book is printed on demand by our printing partners when you place your order. Your books are made fresh for you, so please allow a few business days for printing before your order ships.

Worldwide Shipping With Tracking

• We ship worldwide, and every parcel is sent with tracking.
• Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout, based on your address and the items in your order.
• As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link.

Subscription Boxes

Monthly Subscription boxes are printed and shipped after each monthly renewal, to the shipping address saved in your account. You can update your address anytime from Manage my subscription.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the country where they are printed may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Checking Your Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. Because books go to print quickly, we can’t always change an order once printing has started.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@houseofheroes.co with your order number (and a photo for damaged items). We’ll check the tracking with you and send a replacement at no cost if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
