About this adventure

The Fading
Light

The teachers are dealing with the goblins, but Gaia is troubled by a deeper question. The magic protecting the House of Heroes has stood unbroken for centuries, so how did anything hostile get this close? It can only mean the protection itself has weakened.

Chester reveals where the school’s protection truly comes from, and Gaia teaches your Hero a brand-new spell: making light. Along an overgrown, forgotten path, your Hero finds the ancient tree and something curled up beside it, lost and cold. Not every danger means harm, and this one needs a kind idea, not force.
